These Terms of Service govern the use of Bill Buster.ca’s services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
Bill Buster.ca provides business expense management, bill audits, payment consolidation, advocacy for overcharges, volume discount negotiation, and reporting. We work with trusted accounting and collections partners.
Eligibility and Registration
To use our services, you must be a registered business and provide accurate, complete information for account set up and ongoing service.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you provide are current and accurate. You authorize Bill Buster.ca to act on your behalf with service providers and to manage accounts necessary for delivering our services.
Fees and Payment
All services are billed as a flat monthly fee unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to pay all fees promptly by the date on your invoice.
Liability and Disclaimer
Bill Buster.ca works to detect and correct all overcharges, but cannot guarantee all discrepancies will be identified or resolved. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of your business and financial information, except as required for service or by law.
Termination
You or Bill Buster.ca may terminate service at any time with written notice. Final statements and any outstanding payments will be settled upon termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada.
